addl1=LSWOnline is a product that operates in the point and click environment of Windows to provide an easy way to prepare your taxes for Online Filing. It is a client program that will allow you to prepare your tax return exclusively on your Personal Computer.  This means that your information is not being tranferred as you type it for anyone on the Internet to see.  Once you have completed your return, you can easily transfer it to Lewis Software in an encrypted form for sending to the state of Maryland.  Your information will be encrypted the entire time that it is on the open internet which means that the possibility of someone seeing your privileged information is virtually zero.  
addl2=Lewis Software will provide the Online Filing Service for a fee of $5.95.  We will take your encrypted return, translate it and send it to the state of Maryland for processing.  After receiving an acknowledgement that the return was accepted, we will send an E*Bill for the service fee.  We will also charge a fee for returned checks of $20.00.
